Hi, I’m Amanda, a mom and a family nutrition consultant passionate about helping parents simplify nutrition in a realistic, balanced way.
I know firsthand how overwhelming feeding kids can sometimes feel between picky eating, busy schedules, snacks, lunches, and all the conflicting advice online. My goal is to help make nutrition feel more manageable, less stressful, and more sustainable for everyday family life.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Nutrition and Food Sciences, and I believe in a balanced whole food approach that supports families without perfection, pressure, or rigid food rules.
Through The Balanced Child, I help parents create practical routines, balanced meals, lunchbox systems, and realistic habits that work in everyday family life.
